Priyanka is a business management graduate from London. She is also a popular dancer and takes interest in protecting ecology and animals. Like Abhishek Bachchan, Vivek Oberoi is also going to become son-in-law of Bunt community, a coastal belt of Karnataka. Shilpa Shetty also belongs to the same area.

Vivek Oberoi has been linked to Aishwarya Rai Bachchan in the past. He was also engaged to model Gurpreet but unfortunately, they broke up. He was also rumored for having an affair with actors like Niru Bajwa and Jacqueline Fernandez.

We wish all the best to Vivek Oberoi.

Topless Bipasha Basu for Lotto Ad

Forget the Milind Soman and Madhu Sapre commercial. Cyberspace is now feeling the heat of a New York Lotto commercial that was shot by Bipasha Basu and Vivek Oberoi. YouTube uploads mention that the commercial has been directed by Ken Nahoum. The art direction has been done by illustrator Tommy Kane and it was shot in India.

Needless to say, the ad is very bold in terms of Indian standards and, hence, apprehensions remained about whether the actors had indeed shot for it. Vivek’s spokesperson said, “We can’t get in touch with Vivek and hence, can’t comment on this issue. We don’t have any idea about this ad.”

However, Bipasha’s manager confirmed that it is indeed the star, who has been featured in this ad. “Bipasha had done this ad in 1999 when she was modelling for Ford Modelling Agency in New York. It was done as an international assignment and was meant for the international market. I don’t know why such an old ad has surfaced now,” said Bipasha’s manager.

Vivek Oberoi : Scared of Salman

The saga of Vivek Oberoi and Salman Khan might have been a thing of the past but the former is still scared to cross paths with Sallu. Believe it or not but in a recent incident, Vivek Oberoi locked himself in his vanity van for as long as 75 minutes just to avoid coming face to face with Salman Khan.

And the actor only emerged from his hiding place once Salman left the shooting venue.

According to sources, Vivek had just finished performing for a show and retreated to his van to change before leaving. Salman also showed up at the venue and was seen chatting with his friends just a few metres away before going on stage for the grand finale.

On spotting Salman, Vivek’s pals rushed to his van to tell him about the actor’s presence. And that’s when Vivek decided to lock himself up in his van. Even though he was in a hurry to go partying with his friends but for over an hour the actor was put in his van just so that he doesn’t cross Salman’s way.

Confirming the news, a source said, “Only when Salman left to perform did Vivek emerge from his van. Obviously the same thoughtful aides played watchdog and gave him the green signal when the road was clear.”

Well, looks like Vivek knows how to keep a low profile…or is it a case of no profile.

Vivek Oberoi lost his first love to cancer

New Delhi, March 14 – Actor Vivek Oberoi says he lost his childhood sweetheart to cancer when he was 18.

‘When I was just 18, I lost my first love. My childhood sweetheart since the age of 13 died of cancer,’ he wrote on his Twitter page.

The actor, who is the brand ambassador of Cancer Patients Aid Association (CPAA), says by helping those who cannot afford treatments he feels he’s honouring his late girlfriend.

‘Every time I help CPAA, spend time with the patients going to the hospitals on Rose Day or celebrate my b’day with terminally ill children, I feel I am honouring her memory,’ he added.

‘I was devastated when I lost her, but by helping save the ones who can’t afford the treatment and medicines, I feel she’s alive in their smiles.

‘My mother taught me – the best way to honour the memory of someone you’ve loved and lost is to reach out and ease someone else’s pain and misfortune,’ wrote the actor who is associated with the CPAA for eight years.

The actor is now looking forward to the release of ‘Prince’, which is his first solo hero movie in five years.

Vivek avoids Abhishek!

Although Vivek Oberoi was successful in making amends with Amitabh Bachchan last week, he still hasn’t made much headway with Abhishek Bachchan. This was evident on Wednesday, at the music launch of Apoorva Lakhia’s Hide and Seek where he was invited as a special guest, as was Abhishek. While everyone waited with bated breath, expecting sparks to fly when Vivek and Abhishek crossed paths, little did they know that Vivek was timing his entry to the event after Abhishek had left.

A source says, “Abhishek entered the party at 7.30pm and left soon after. All this while, Vivek kept calling the production people to find out if Abhishek was there. While he was being requested to arrive quickly, Vivek kept dilly dallying till he got confirmation that Abhishek had left. Vivek arrived at the venue minutes later.”

Aishwarya Rai, Vivek Oberoi too close for comfort

People’s paths often cross in a close knit industry like Bollywood. No harm in that as long as two people aren’t ex lovers no longer on talking terms with each other.

aishwarya-rai_vivek-oberoi

Well, Aishwarya Rai has had two encounters with as many ex beaus in a span of few days. On December 17, she found herself face to face with Salman Khan while shooting at a Mumbai studio. Now, on Saturday, she was seated just an arm’s distance away from Vivek Oberoi at a Mumbai police event named ‘Jashn 2010-Dhamaka Bollywood Ka’.

Ash was seated in the first row at the function. Shockingly, the organizers had placed Vivek’s seat very close to Ash. There was only one seat between the two. Vivek was obviously hesitant to sit there, but relented after persuasion by the organizers.

On top of it, Manish Malhotra, who was supposed to be seated between Ash and Vivek wasn’t on his seat. So when Vivek took his seat, there was an evident discomfort between Ash and him.

We hear that Ash even looked at Vivek for a split second. Vivek too turned and looked at her. Both of them were uncomfortable. But the drama didn’t last long. Manish Malhotra, who had perhaps sensed their discomfort, rushed back to his seat. Vivek still wasn’t comfortable, after a few minutes he left his seat.

Vivek Oberoi between three hotties

Togged up in a sleeveless leather jacket, his hair gelled and his goggled face exuding a newfound confidence, Vivek Oberoi is all set for a career resurrection in his upcoming film Prince - Its Showtime.

The movie has Vivek playing a spy who’s stuck in a cobweb of confusion because of his random memory loss. He dates three hot girls, and each of them tells him that she’s his ‘Maya’.

Vivek is caught between three babes - Nandana Sen, Aruna Shields and Neeru Singh in ‘Prince’. Aruna is an actress from UK and she’s modeled for various brands and done a few films there. Neeru is from apna Punjab. She’s acted in a few Punjabi films but is now set to grab eyeballs with her steamy act in ‘Prince’.

Producer Kumar Taurani reveals that the film has oodles of oomph, thanks to the bikini acts by the three hotties.

“It (the film) has a very intriguing plot and, of course, bikini-clad women who are more than just eye-candy,” Kumar is quoted to have said.

Taurani is confident that the movie will give a new lease of life to the sagged career of Vivek, who’ll be seen doing incredible stunts like fighting on trains, planes and even hanging mid-air.

We’ll see that when the film releases early next year.

Aishwarya depressed and breaks into tears

salman_aish_vivek_10_550x422

The Bachchan Bahu is upset these days and the reason being her two ex flames, Salman Khan and Vivek Oberoi. Both being very unruly to her resurfacing their past relationship in public and in a way disrespecting her. Ash has dumped her past and happily moved on in life. But both Salman and Vivek started digging the past when she was happily married to Abhishek Bachchan and leading a blissful life. She was so depressed with the comments made by Vivek on Farah Khan’s chat show and Salman Khan in an interview that she broke into tears on the sets of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Guzaarish’.

Reportedly she just kept on saying - “I’m living my life the way I want. I wish others would do the same. Just let me be.” Vivek on Farah Khan’s show spoke at length as how Ash has spoiled his life and ruined his career. He added that he made the press conference about Salman Khan threatening him for the sake of Ash but instead of feeling grateful, he called his act as immature. He blamed Ash for the fall of his career.

Same is the case with Salman Khan, in an interview, he commented whether he has ever physically abused Ash at the time when he was dating her.

While Ash’s well wishers commented, “We feel what Mr Khan and Mr Oberoi are doing is very ungentlemanly. It’s unchivalrous to talk about any lady who has moved on to a new phase in her life. It is especially wrong when the lady is very happily married. Her life revolves around her two families now. What happened in the past is done and over with. Do these two men realise how much her career suffered? She lost so many films because of her past associations”.

Ash maintained silence on the comments made by the two but her tears spoke about her pain.

Part III Aishwairya Rai Biography

Aishwarya - Vivek Relationship

Salman Khan and Ashwairya Rai split was a traumatising phase of this
beautiful lady. The scars were rather deep on her soul than her body.
Those were difficult days, people noticed the bruises on her body but
the glitter of fame hid the bruises on her souls. It is a difficult
time for a self respecting confident woman to coupe the after affects
of domestic violence.

ais

During this time, Vivek Oberoi came in Aishwarya’s life as a friend.

Aishwarya Rai usually refuses to kiss on the screen in her movies but
sometimes she does and this is one of such rare occasions when
Aishwarya Rai kissed Vivek Oberoi for a scene in the movie ‘Kyon! ho
gaya na’.

The media tried their best to give a different meaning to their
friendship. Vivek also got vocal on this private issue and openly
expressed his love for the most beautiful Indian woman alive. But,
Aishwarya never gave any hint that she is attached with Vivek Oberoi
in a romantic way. During this time, Vivek also claimed that he had
been repeatedly threatened by Aishwarya’s ex-boyfriend Salman Khan.
This friendship lasted for three years and Aishwarya finally had to
end it up. She never wanted to have anything more than casual
friendship with Vivek but apparently Vivek didn’t understand that.

Aishwarya Rai then worked in a movie titled ‘Provoked‘, the story of
an Indian girl who suffered from domestic violence and abuse by her
husband and ends up in the jail after killing him. While promoting the
movie, Aishwarya Rai spoke against domestic violence and confessed
that she herself had been a victim.
