“Ranbir is a friend” Katrina insists!
Out of nowhere, Katrina Kaif suddenly finds herself in the eye of the rumour storm that’s gripped the tinsel town. The reports that she’s broken off from Ranbir Kapoor because he turned down her demand for marriage, has angered the actress, to say the least.
Katrina expresses her shock and disbelief at the rumours by calling them “rubbish”, “ugly”, and “a million miles from the truth”.
Mind you, Katrina claims that she was never dating Ranbir to begin with. So the rumours of a break-up or her asking him for marriage and even giving a deadline for doing so do not arise.
“Ranbir is a friend” Katrina insists, adding that her relationship doesn’t go beyond friendship. However, some may find the claim hard to believe given that she was spotted with Ranbir in Amsterdam. The duo was also spotted sharing romantic moments on the flight from Frankfurt to Mumbai.
The photographic evidence of their romance contradicts Kat’s assertion but we won’t jump to the conclusion that she gave a deadline of March 2012 to Ranbir to marry her and called off the relationship when he did not oblige.

Katrina and Ranbir are gradually getting close relationship
Bollywood Actress Katrina and actor Ranbir are slowly making their relationship status be known to the world, whether it is posing for photos with fans while secretly travelling in Frankfurt or picking for car-rides on the roads of Mumbai.
The most recent we listen to that Ranbir recently took Katrina kaif to his ancestral home in Deonar to make her see his grandmother Krishna Raj Kapoor.
Actor Ranbir Kapoor has huge respect for his grandma and perhaps desired to see if she would approve of Kat.
The recent news that granny made welcome to Kat happily into the residence, although not in the family yet.

Deepika Padukone-‘I am having the tattoo removed’
Deepika Padukone is planning to go in for laser assisted tattoo removel sessions to get rid of the telltale sign of her broken relationship with Ranbir Kapoor. Deepika had got the tattoo in the design of a flower with the initials RK done on the nape of her neck at the peak of her romance with Ranbir Kapoor.
She had used a concealer to hide it when she shot for Lafangey Parindey and Ashutosh Gowariker’s Khelein Hum Jee Jaan Sey. In the past, Deepika has often been asked about the tattoo, but she has always been evaded the question. Now she has finally decided to get rid of it.
A source reveals, “Deepika has made up her mind. She will be removing the RK tattoo. She is a strong girl and once she decides something, there is nothing stopping her. The decision also comes from the fact that she is in a happy place with her new boyfriend Siddharth Mallya and has completely moved on”.
The actress confirmed the news, “Yes, I am having the tattoo removed”.
Deepika stills likes Ranbir!
Leggy actress Deepika Padukone might have moved on in life after her break-up with heartthrob Ranbir Kapoor but she tells, “Ranbir is a lot of fun and has got great energy levels.”
In a recent interview Deepika also disclosed her desire to star opposite Ranbir Kapoor in movies. She reportedly told, “Contrary to what people think, I want to work with Ranbir. They might be thinking that I would be uncomfortable working with him, to them I say that I have never mixed personal and professional life.”
Well said Deepika! We are also dying to see mesmerizing chemistry between both of you.
Katrina Kaif, Ranbir Kapoor talking about marriage!
Coincidence was never this startlingly romantic. If you notice the sound bytes given to the media by Katrina Kaif and Ranbir Kapoor in recent interviews, you can’t help noticing that the two stars are talking about the same subject - marriage.
On the one hand, the Kapoor’s famous Bungalow Krishna Raj is being razed and a new 14-storey building will come up in its place, because the Kapoors have already started planning for Ranbir’s marriage.
“I want to start a family at some point. So we’re only making a bigger house for ourselves,” Ranbir is quoted to have said.
On the other hand, Katrina, who is otherwise tight-lipped in talking to the media about her personal life, has been showing appreciable candour by admitting that she plans to get married by 2012.
“I’ve always wanted to marry when I’m 28,” Katrina is quoted to have said.
Doing simple maths, Katrina will turn 28 after two years. Interestingly, Ranbir’s new house would also be ready to move in by then.
So are Ranbir and Katrina subtly insinuating something to us?
Ranbir Kapoor wants to start a family soon
Rishi Kapoor is renovating his Mumbai’s Pali Hill bungalow-Krishna Raj. The bungalow is going to be more spacious than before and one of the reasons behind making it bigger and spacious is their son Ranbir Kapoor. No sooner Ranbir finds the perfect match for him, he will settle down. Ranbir quips that he wants to stat a family soon.
Rishi Kapoor has decided to convert his bungalow into 14-storeyed building because he hopes that Ranbir would get married someday. Ranbir confirms the same, “I want to start a family at some point. So we’re only making a bigger house for ourselves.”
He hopes to settle down soon, “I will settle down as soon as I find someone special, and I haven’t so far; I have a lot to do as of now. I am still trying to create a firm hold in the film industry,” says Ranbir. Like any normal person, the actor is very closely attached to Krishna Raj. He has memories attached to the house

Ranbir,Priyanka funny activities during shooting!
Bollywood hot stars Ranbir Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra are presently shooting for the film Anjaana Anjaani and the duo is playing pranks like no one else.
Buzz up!They are in fact having a series of fun-filled activities along with the shooting. In one such activity, Ranbir Kapoor actually drenched Priyanka by pouring cold drinks over her.
According to one source, in one of the scenes, Ranbir and Priyanka had to fight with each other and the scene required them to throw soft drinks.
In reality, they kept on arguing and playing pranks on each other. However, the funny part started when the shooting commenced. Ranbir got so carried away with the scene that he took a complete carton and poured it completely on Priyanka. It is said that her clothes were drenched and her make-up was ruined.
The shoot had to be called off for three hours. She had to get her make up on again and change clothes.
Katrina Kaif dating with Ranbir secretly!
Rumours of a romance brewing up between Katrina Kaif and Ranbir Kapoor just refuse to die down. Even though it’s been months since they stepped out together in public, latest buzz in tinsel town says they had a secret date in London this week.
Katrina, as you must all know by now, has been in Spain to shoot for director Zoya Akhtar’s film Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara and took some time off from work last Sunday to be with her family in London for a week.
Call it coincidence or discreet pre-planning, but Ranbir Kapoor flew to London during the week to shoot for an ad. With the two flames together in London, rumourmongers are saying that it couldn’t have been that they did not meet.
Whether they did or not is still a matter of speculation, Katrina is, meanwhile, flying back to Spain to resume the film’s shoot, while Ranbir has already flown to South Africa to continue the ad’s shoot.
Deepika wants to work with Ranbir!
Deepika Padukone, the model-turned actor is presently all smiles, thanks to the success of Housefull, however contrary to popular belief she had to go through the grind as well.
She started off in a music video by Himesh Reshammiya and this is when Farah Khan noticed her. She was cast in the superhit Om Shanti Om and Deepika tasted instant success. However, according to the actress it was only after post-Love Aaj Kal that her career graph started to show a rise.
She also talks about playing the role of a blind girl in the forthcoming, Lafangey Parindey. She says that Aditya Chopra had selected her to play the role of Pinky Palkar, the aforementioned blind girl. The character is not jut visually impaired, but is also a dancer on skates. Deepika had to go through rigorous training and self-control in order to perfectly essay this tough role.
It’s also said that Deepika and her co-star Neil Nitin Mukesh have bonded very strongly. She claims that he’s the most encouraging and supportive co-star she ever had.
She also reveals that she wouldn’t mind working with Ranbir, her ex-beau. She doesn’t have any films with him for the time being, but she would like to do one with him, sometime in the future.
Ranbir Kapoor-Deepika Padukone back again!
The once upon a time real-life couple Ranbir-Deepika seem to have patched up once again.
After the most talked about break off few months ago, the duo was seen together with close friends around recently. The couple later on went to catch up with Deepika’s latest release Housefull in one of the theatres.
A source revealed that Ranbir-Deepika sat next to each other and were quite comfortably chatting. This act of theirs took everyone present in the theatre by a surprise but they did not bother and were busy enjoying the film and attention as well.

Ranbir as a tutor for Katrina Kaif!
Okay, so your minds are already running riot with naughty ideas. Hold on, lovelies, story abhi baki hai. Apparently, while shooting for Raajneeti in Bhopal, the pretty Katrina Kaif was determined to learn cricket. And guess who played tutor? ‘Good friend’ Ranbir Kapoor, of course.
The interesting part is that RK looked like true sportsman, minus the clothes. The hottie was topless on-field, even fashionably flaunting his cool blue boxer. No wonder, the rest of the crew couldn’t take the heat (they safely blamed it on the rising mercury), and left the lovely twosome on the field. Katz didn’t give up at that, the gal was so persistent that she roped in Arjun Rampal and the captain of the team, Prakash Jha, to join them. Even after sunset, she had the lights turned on to continue the game. We admire the gal’s sporting spirit, but what we love more is RK’s topless cricket style. We always knew this boy was a true style icon. He could put our ‘real’ cricketers to shame.
Ranbir Kapoor,Deepika Padukone together again?
In the matters of the heart, it’s not easy to let bygones be bygones. Professional though she may be to the core, Deepika Padukone is learnt to be indecisive about taking a call on whether to work with ex boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor again or not.
We hear that director Anurag Basu has approached Deepika to play one of the two female leads opposite Ranbir in his next film ‘Khamoshi’ (Silence). Earlier, the director had approached Katrina Kaif but she had turned down the offer for the reasons that remain unclear.
Deepika, however, hasn’t said no yet. She’s believed to be biding her time and thinking over the offer.
Sources close to the actress say that Deepika won’t let her personal equation with any other actor come in the way of her work. But still, given that she’ll be cast in a romantic role opposite Ranbir, she’s having her share of apprehensions. Will she be comfortable cozying up with her ex on camera again?
Katrina Kiaf upset with Ranbir Kapoor!
On Saturday Katrina Kaif and Ranbir Kapoor were in the capital for the promotion of their upcoming film Raajneeti. But just before the press conference, something went wrong between the two and we hear that Kat was upset with Ranbir. 
Though the two sat with Arjun Rampal seated in between, they shared cold vibes. And the buzz is that when Ranbir tried to sit next to her for the interaction round, it was Kat who signaled Arjun to sit between them.
In fact, sources even reveal that the lead couple of ‘Raajneeti’ met for one hour prior to the press meet and were seen having fun with each other. So what went wrong? Did Ranbir say or do something?
Whatever, but in the end Katrina left without saying bye to Ranbir; and the puzzled look on his face was evident.

Priyanka Chopra comes between Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif
Now here’s a piece of news that is bound to end all speculation of an awaited love affair between Ranbir and Katrina on the sets of ‘Khamoshi’.
The gorgeous stars, who are often linked with each other, will have little chance to get up-close and personal on the sets of their forthcoming movie.
As the dainty Priyanka Chopra will be on location too. And no, Miss Piggy Chops is not playing any spy role but will be present on the sets as a part of the movie.
Reports suggest that the much talked about Anurag Basu flick ‘Khamoshi’ will not only have Ranbir and Katrina but also Priyanka in the lead role.
Thereby, leaving little or no chance for any romantic alliance between the dishy Kapoor scion and his latest fixation Kat. Confirming the news a source said, “Anurag Basu is currently trying to finalise.
The dates as Priyanka is also committed to Don 2 with Farhan Akhtar and Shah Rukh Khan”.So even though the duo will have no chance to get personal.
On this one, sources state that Katrina is giving Imtiaz Ali’s offer opposite Ranbir a second thought. The stunner had initially refused Imtiaz for Basu’s film but considering that Imtiaz is known to give his actresses a centre role in his films, Kat might just hop on the opportunity.
Ranbir-Katrina’s blossoming love witnessed by Priyanka Chopra
There was one person in the film industry, who knew all along that Ranbir and Katrina are love-birds. She was none other than Priyanka Chopra, who incidentally came across Katrina Kaif, when she was discreetly meeting Ranbir in the US. According to a news daily, Katrina Kaif had frequently flown to the US to meet Ranbir where he was shooting for Sajid Nadiadwala`s ‘Anjaana Anjaani’ with Priyanka Chopra.
During her visits to her beau, Katrina always made sure that she stayed away from the set of Ranbir’s film, and no-one spotted her there. She had an alibi that she was in UK with her family for the holidays but this was not the reality as she would frequently fly from UK to the US. However, Priyanka Chopra spoiled the plans by running into her and she had to be taken into confidence.
Although Katrina`s spokesperson refuted the news calling it ‘ridiculous’ and ‘sheer rubbish’ but it’s now more than confirmed that Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina are in love and it was one of the major reasons for the actor’s break-up with Deepika Padukone. It all began during the shoot of ‘Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani’, continued during ‘Raajneeti’ and is still growing strong.
Sources reveal that Katrina and Ranbir visit each other’s house often but they are not revealing their relationship. Well, we are waiting for the official announcement.
Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif avoided each other
The couple who has been making news for their friendship and their newly found love for each other are rumored to be no longer in good terms. Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif who starred in ‘Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahini’ and has gathered popularity for their on-screen chemistry have been turning cold shoulder.
They were recently spotted at Future Works Studio shooting for Prakash Jha’s ‘Rajneeti’. The two stars who are known to be very good friends seemed to be no longer interested in talking to each other. They clearly avoided each other, arrived on the location during the filming and as soon as they completed the shooting, they moved to their individual paths. It seemed that they are not at all interested to talk to each other.
This news might bring some relief to their close ones who cut ties from them for their entangled with someone else.
Asin bagged Ranbir as her new admirer!
Asin's bagged a new found admirer. Ranbir Kapoor, that is! Ah, b4 u jump to any romantic link, here's a clarification.
Their friendship, reportedly, sparked off in Delhi. And it's purely platonic, and what's better, cerebral! Asin got into chat mode and…. conferred Kapoor with a gem on idealism versus reality.
Besides, she proved how a small and consistent contribution could go on to making a large difference. Mr Kapoor, was rendered speechless… and told the South belle, as much.
Maybe, a canny filmmaker ought to snap up the pair for his flick. Indian Dreams, anyone?
Priyanka Chopra and Ranbir Kapoor stop ‘tweeting’
Upset and worried with the unrestricted flow of his forthcoming flick ‘Anjaana Anjaani’ being leaked out in ‘Twitter’, Sajid Nadiawala has banned his cast and crew from using the social networking site for the time being. As such, both the leading stars of the film, Priyanka Chopra and Ranbir Kapoor, have been asked to stop tweeting.
Confirming the news, Sajid told a daily, “I actually took the decision to forbid my cast and crew from putting any information on websites after an incident that happened with Sajid Khan, my director of ‘Housefull’.
We were doing a photo-session with the film’s stars. We weren’t even finished and Sajid Khan had already put one of the pictures on the site. I was horrified. That’s when I decided it was time to make the confidentiality clause a legal issue in all my contracts.”
Sajid further added, “I remember when my father produced JP Dutta’s Ghulami, we’d stand outside Dharmendra’s van for hours waiting for him to emerge so we could see what he wore, how he styled his hair, what watch he had on, etc.
Today the stars volunteer all this information on the social networks even before the director takes his first shot. I think all of us need to make confidentiality compulsory for every film.”
So, no more tweeting for Piggy Chops and Ranbir for sometime from now on!!
Raajneeti brings Ranbir-Katrina together again
The competitive spirit has taken over Raajneeti in a big way. Both Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif see the film as a passport to the National awards. With stalwarts like Naseeruddin Shah, Manoj Bajpai, Nana Patekar and Ajay Devgn in the cast, the young stars of the show have decided to pull out all stops to ensure their performances are noticed at the right places.
“Katrina and Ranbir have surrendered themselves completely to the project and will do whatever is required” says Prakash Jha, the director of Raajneeti.
